Shipping Policy

We ship across India through trusted courier partners. Orders are packed within 24 hours of confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

• Delivery time: 4–7 working days (3–5 days for metro cities).
• Shipping is FREE on orders above ₹999. Orders below ₹999 carry a flat ₹80 shipping charge.
• Prepaid orders are dispatched after payment confirmation; COD orders after telephonic confirmation.
• A tracking ID is shared on WhatsApp/SMS once the order is shipped.

Returns & Refunds

Because our products are food items, we do not accept returns of opened packs. However, your satisfaction matters to us:

• If the parcel arrives damaged, leaking or with a wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video of the package.
• We will replace the item free of cost or issue a full refund to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
• For COD orders, refunds are processed via UPI/bank transfer.

Privacy Policy

We collect only the information needed to process your order — name, mobile number, email and delivery address. This information is never sold or shared with third parties except courier partners for delivery.
